Rates and Booking
The suite can be booked as*:
- 700 SEK/night for a single room (1 person**)
- 900 SEK/night for a double room (2 people**)
- 200 SEK/bed and night for each extra bed (per additional person*)
*The same room can be booked as either a double or a single room.
** The rates are calculated from a base rate of the room at 500 SEK, plus an additional 200 SEK/bed per night.**

No second-hand bookings
An exception can be made for event hosts wishing to secure accommodation for their guests near the Österå bystuga (Village Hall, where the event is held) or similar. In that case, simply send us, your hosts, the names and contact details of those staying with us..
1. Booking confirmation
Once we’ve been in touch and you’ve decided to book, I will send you a booking confirmation.
Along with dates and contact details, this will also include payment information and directions.

If your plans change, please let us know.
For prepaid bookings:
- Cancellations 7 or more days prior to arrival: 100% refund.
- Cancellations 2–7 days prior to arrival: 90% refund.

When you arrive here, you can pay with cash, Swish, or PayPal.

Bookings longer than seven days (1 week) – paid prior to arrival… preferably.
Check-in: 4 p.m.
Check-out: 11 a.m.
Check-in is from 4 p.m. and check-out is by 11 a.m., unless otherwise agreed.
Early check-in (from 9 a.m.) or late check-out (until 6 p.m.) can be booked for an additional fee.
You will receive a key that works for both the main entrance and your room.
What’s included in the rate?
We only have one room, which can be booked as either a single or a double. Directly connected to your room, you’ll have private access to the greenhouse (sunroom), bathroom, toilet, and sauna. It’s essentially your own little suite!
You also have parking, your own private entrance, and access to the garden through a separate entrance.
Rates include breakfast, bed linen, towels, access to the sauna, and the greenhouse (sunroom/relaxation area) equipped with breakfast facilities.
The breakfast equipment includes a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, microwave, and a fridge/freezer (so you are welcome to bring your own breakfast items if you wish).
You can also opt out of breakfast. Rooms booked without breakfast naturally still include complimentary coffee, tea, and water.
You also have access to our Wi-Fi (approx. 200 Mbps), as well as a TV with free-to-air channels (an HDMI cable is provided).

*The extra separate room and caravan space are only available as add-ons to the suite for larger groups. We do not rent out the extra room or caravan space independently.
