Of course, You are most welcome to simply drop in, but then I can not guarantee that the room is available. Payment is done in cash at arrival on site.

Booking online
In the comment field below let me know the dates You want to book, how many You are and if You want two beds to be tied together into a double bed. Then I will email You for further information on my private e-mail. (Your e-mail adress, which You are requested to fill in, will not show on the site.)

No second hand bookings!
Exceptions can be made for the organizer of a festivity who wants to ensure guests that they have somewhere to stay overnight close to the assembly hall of our village, “Österå bystuga” (often rented for festivities). The name and addresses of the guests are to be reported to us hosts.

Check in from 4 p.m. and check out until 11 a.m.
You may book an earlier check in (from 9 a.m.) and a later check out (until 6 p.m.) at a cost.
You will get a key to Your front door and to Your room.

Breakfast
Water, coffee, tea, orange juice, milk and “filmjölk” (like yogurt but another type of culture so it tastes a bit different.)
Müsli of the House, cornflakes, oats, grains of rye.
(Müsli of the House replaces previous opportunity to mix Your own müsli.)
Eggs and bread (hard (cracker) and soft)
Hard cheese, some kind of meat, vegetables, jam and marmalade
Fruits and maybe some cookies

What are included in the price?

We have only one room and it can be rent as a single- or a double room. Next to Your room is the greenhouse (winter garden), shower, sauna and bathroom. It is more like a suite than just a room. You have free parking, private entrance, access to the garden which also has a private entrance.

The prices includes breakfast, sheets, towels, use of sauna and greenhouse. In the greenhouse You will find equipment for breakfast like porcelain, coffee maker, water boiler, toaster, egg boiler, micro, fridge and freezer, for You to use in case You want to bring Your own breakfast.
Of course the price also includes access to our wi-fi (about 250 Mb/s) and analog TV with free Swedish public channels (and a hdmi cable).

You may have the room without breakfast. Room without breakfast still includes coffee, tea and water of course.

Extra options

• extra separate room*with 2 beds. 500 SEK/night or 75 EUR/night.
  (Extra separate room can only be booked when booking the suite. Intended for larger groups with members that know each other well.)
• extra guests at breakfast 80 SEK or 9 EUR/guest
• 24-hour rent for camper. 150 SEK or 20 EUR/night + electricity variable price is added
• early arrival from 9 a.m.  200 SEK
• late departure until 6 p.m. 200 SEK
• Weekend special: 2 pers, 2 nights. 100 SEK is drawn from the cost.

Cancellation

When cancelling a 7-days long or longer stay following terms applies:

• At a cancellation made within 2-7 days before booked arrival, You will get 90 % of Your money back.
• At a cancellation made 7 days before Your booked arrival, You will get 100% of Your money back, excluding costs for money transfer.
